Registration Fees: 

Members: $749 by Jan. 4, 2013; $799 after Jan. 4
Nonmembers: $1,249 by Jan. 4, 2013; $1,299 after Jan. 4

Cancellations, Transfers, and No-Shows

GAMA International must receive your cancellation or transfer request in writing by Feb. 14, 2013, for you to obtain a refund. A $125 processing fee will be charged. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued after Feb. 14, 2013. There are no exceptions.

Registrants who do not cancel by Feb. 14, 2013, and who do not attend LAMP are liable for all fees and are not entitled to any refund or credit.

Code of Conduct

LAMP provides field leaders with a professional environment to candidly share and exchange ideas, experiences, and techniques. Because GAMA International believes the practice of using LAMP as an opportunity to recruit undermines this purpose, the following policy is enforced:

No LAMP registrant may extend an offer of employment, interview prospective field leaders, or in any way engage in direct recruiting activities during the course of LAMP. GAMA International reserves the right to deny registrants for future LAMPs to any violators of this policy.

Confirmations

Your registration confirmation will be e-mailed to you. Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation within 14 days of submitting your registration.

Continuing Education

LAMP attendance and participation qualifies for up to 20 hours of PACE credit to maintain designations awarded by the American College. Information on obtaining PACE credit will be available at the GAMA Galleria booth on-site at LAMP and on your meeting materials CD.

Exhibitor Registration

All exhibit personnel must be registered. As part of their booth fee, exhibitors receive two complimentary registrations. Additional badges for access to the Resource Center are available for $250 per person until Jan. 13; after this date, additional badges will be $250 per person or $300 per person on-site. Contact Kathryn Hoch to obtain additional badges or more information.

Guest Registration

You may register a guest at a reduced rate. Guest registration includes admission to the general sessions, the Resource Center, and the Welcome Reception, as well as lunch on Monday and Tuesday. However, guests cannot be employed in the life insurance and financial services industry.

Handouts for the Sunday sessions and the Monday and Tuesday Leading Practices sessions will soon be available. Please print any materials you would like to have available during the sessions and bring them with you to LAMP.

Member Advantage Rate

The Member Advantage Rate reflects the discount that all full GAMA International members receive when registering for LAMP.

Payment

You can pay for your LAMP registration with a credit card (online or faxed registrations) or by a check (mailed registrations). Card types accepted are VISA, MasterCard, or American Express (Discover not accepted.) Checks must be payable to GAMA International and must drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars.

Recommended Attire

Business-casual attire is appropriate for all LAMP events, with the exception of the Celebration of Excellence Banquet, which is black-tie optional.

Volunteers

Volunteering at LAMP is an excellent way to deepen your connection with fellow GAMA International members. Member volunteers assist at registration, staff the GAMA booth in the Resource Center, and guide traffic into meetings. In return for their three-hour volunteer commitment, all volunteers receive express on-site registration. You can sign up online.
